The tissues are fixed in formalin immediately after harvest, dehydrated and embedded in paraffin. The FFPE (formalin fixed, paraffin embedded) tissue sections are suitable for IHC, IF, FISH and ISH. All tissue samples are collected under IRB approved protocols with the informed consent from donors. Donors have been tested negative for HIV and Hepatitis B.
