靶标信息
C-His-tags are a series of consecutive histidine residues, six, which are typically fused to the N- or C-terminal end of recom binant proteins. Its small size minimizes interference with the structure and folding of the protein. C-His-tag residues bind to several transition metalions such as nickel, cobalt, and copperwhich, when immobilized on beads or a resin, allows for the simple purification of His-tagged proteins. The antibody is useful for the detection of C-terminal His-tag residues of 6 or more in WB,IP, ELISA / FLISA, flow cytometry, and immunochemistry applications. Directly conjugated HRP allow for detection without the use of a secondary antibody.
