1.After create an online account by registration, you are able to directly submit a service request to Erpan Tech.
2.The signed contract or payment of the initial deposit received by Erpan Tech will be considered an acceptance of the contract for work.
3.To ensure a contracted work is carried out at the scheduled time, you will be asked to provide all the required information and materials in advance.
4.Erpan Tech keeps the submitted projects confidential for all our clients. The content of project will be reached only by our employees and contracted partners who need to use the information to perform their duties.
5.The client will gain the total ownership of the completed project once full payment has been made.
6.Once a contracted project has commenced, it can not be cancelled unilaterally. A cancellation of a contract should be based on an agreement reached by the contracting parties.
7.Service fee and and payment is arranged based on the agreement between the client and Erpan Tech. As a client, you agree to make the payment within one month of receiving the invoice.
1.After becoming one of our partners, you allow Erpan Tech to assign projects in your specialized area.
2.The project and its contents assigned to you are confidential, and not allowed to be further disclosed.
3.Please recuse yourself from the project if you feel you are not qualified or have potential conflict that might be reasonably perceived as a real or potential conflict of interest that could potentially influence or bias your performance of this project.
4.By accepting a project assignment, you must be committed to complete the assigned project and expected to submit the completed project back to Erpan Tech within the agreed time frame.
5.As a partner, any types of scientific misconducts are not allowed for accomplishing the assigned project.
6.You do not have the ownership of the assigned project and are not allow to use it yourself or release it to any other third party, in any form.
7.Service fee and payment are arranged based on the agreement reached between you and Erpan Tech.
