Ly-6G is a marker of myeloid differentiation, which is expressed on majority of myeloid cells in the bone marrow and granulocytes in the periphery. Ly-6G belongs to the Ly-6 family of glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked proteins.
